Hua, Seattle (WA), 4/11/02. The next six photos were all taken in Seattle, during the weekend of the Experience Music Project Conference. I was there mostly with my friends Hua (in from Boston), Jon and Joe (both in from New York). This first shot was taken in a moving van - I knew the shutter would stay open because of the poor light so I let the camera focus on Hua for a few seconds and then I swung the camera backwards and pointed it at some bright garage lights in order to force the print to process.
